Review agent activity

Agent activity shows how much you have used Scout and connected AI assistants: requests, tool calls, failures and reported tokens. It covers your own use only.

Open agent activity

  1. Open Configure, then AI connections.
  2. Select Agent activity beneath it.
  3. Choose a period: 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.

The page updates itself every 30 seconds.

Read the totals

  • Scout requests: the messages Scout worked on.
  • Scout tool calls: every lookup Scout asked for, counted once whether or not it ran.
  • External MCP calls: calls from assistants you connected.
  • Failures: failed Scout requests plus failed or refused MCP calls. A response you cancelled is not a failure.
  • Reported model tokens: the tokens reported for Scout’s responses. When some requests reported no usage, the page says how many did; missing usage is not estimated.

See tools and recent activity

Tools used lists up to 20 tools by number of calls in the period, with their failures. Recent activity lists the latest 50 Scout requests and MCP calls, with when each happened, its source (Scout or MCP), the action and its status. Neither shows your prompts, tool inputs or file contents.

What to know

  • Other people in your business are not included.
  • Biosphere cannot measure tokens used inside other assistants.
  • To see what changed in your business, rather than how much was used, open the audit log.
