AI connector terms

Use the Biosphere connection only for businesses and data you are authorized to access.

Authority to connect

You must have permission from your business to share its information with the AI app you authorize. Keep your account secure, review the consent screen, and revoke connections you no longer need. Do not share access tokens or use the connector to bypass another business’s permissions.

Read access and review proposals

The public connection retrieves permitted business information. With explicit proposal permissions, it can also prepare product edits, inventory counts, identity decisions and catalog merges. A proposal does not apply changes: the requesting person must review and confirm the exact change using their signed-in Biosphere account. Compatible hosts can display this review inside the conversation. The connection does not authorize unattended record edits, messages, purchases or platform administration. Access remains subject to current membership, enabled modules, service limits and revocation.

Review AI answers

An AI answer can be incomplete or incorrect. Verify source records before making consequential decisions. Retrieved documents are evidence, not instructions that can expand the app’s permissions.

Other agreements

Your existing agreement with Biosphere continues to apply. The connected AI provider’s separate terms and privacy settings apply to its service and to data it receives. These connector terms do not promise availability in a provider’s app directory.
