Check that the endpoint matches your environment, sign in to Biosphere, and confirm you still belong to the business you selected. Use the exact endpoint shown in Biosphere’s AI connections page. Reconnect if an old grant has expired or been revoked.

A tool or record is missing

Available reads depend on consent, membership and enabled business modules. Public connections cannot write or use staff-only tools. For a rate-limit response, wait for the indicated retry interval before trying again.
