Use the company menu and change the theme

Your business name and logo at the top of the sidebar open the company menu. It shows who is signed in and holds Configure, Help, the theme and Sign out.

Open the company menu

Select your business name at the top of the sidebar. In the collapsed sidebar, select the logo. On a phone, tap the business name in the top bar. You can also choose Company menu in search.

The menu shows your name, your initials and the email you sign in with, then:

• Configure, which opens your settings.
• Help, which opens the help articles.
• Light, Dark and System, the theme.
• Sign out.

In the collapsed sidebar, the menu also shows the Biosphere version.

The sidebar shows your uploaded logo, or your business’s initials when there is none. Change the logo and names in Configure → General.

Change the theme

1. Open the company menu.
2. Select Light, Dark or System.

System follows your device’s light or dark appearance and changes when it does. The same choice is under Appearance in Configure → General and in search.

Sign out

1. Open the company menu.
2. Select Sign out.

Biosphere returns to the sign-in screen. If the server cannot confirm the sign-out, Biosphere still signs you out of this browser and shows a message with Retry.

What to know

• The theme is saved in this browser. Another browser or device keeps its own choice.
• Signing out removes unsent Scout drafts saved in this browser.
• You cannot change the email you sign in with or your password in Biosphere, and the sign-in screen has no password reset. Ask Biosphere support instead: see Get help.
