Read help articles
- Select your business name at the top of the sidebar, then select Help. Help is also listed in Configure.
- Browse the articles by area, or type in the search box at the top of the page.
- Select an article to read it. Related articles are listed at the end. The back arrow returns you to the list.
Ask Scout how something works
Scout searches these same articles when you ask how something works, alongside your own business records and Knowledge documents. Ask in your own words, such as “How do I retry a failed job?”. See Ask Scout about your business.
Contact Biosphere support
In a Scout conversation, select Ask for help below the message box. The support team replies in the same conversation. See Ask Biosphere support for help.
If you cannot sign in, reply to any email Biosphere has sent you, such as your approval email. Replies reach the support team.
