Track your deliveries

Deliveries lists shipments connected to your company’s visible orders and Projects. Each row identifies the selling business, carrier, tracking number, estimated dates and recorded status.

Track a shipment

Open the tracking link to check the carrier’s public tracking page in a new tab. A recorded tracking number or shipping label does not itself mean the carrier has the goods.

The order or Project link opens the related information in Biosphere. A shared shipment shows only the contents you are allowed to see, even if the same package contains another customer’s goods.

Understand changes

The view refreshes while open. Estimated dates and reported shipment statuses are the latest saved facts; carrier checks and physical receiving are separate events. Unknown values remain unknown.

If access to an order or Project ends, its shipment allocations disappear on the next read. This page contains no prices, costs or payment information.
