Follow a shared Project
Projects groups the delivery items and order lines a business assigns to a Project. A business connects a customer to a Project by assigning that customer its Project tag.
Open a Project
A confirmed customer email gives your client company access to the Project. When several customers are assigned, each sees the whole Project’s public delivery information. Open a Project row to see descriptions, quantities, site, installation dates, status, notes, tracking and primary photos.
Project-wide budgets, costs and prices are not shown. Links to your own orders can show those orders’ totals and balances; opening one shows its invoice and payment history. Other customers’ order prices and payments remain private.
Check the dates
Reported arrival dates describe the schedule. They do not prove that someone counted goods at the warehouse or installation site. Known receiving counts are shown separately. Unknown quantities and dates remain unknown.
A hidden order’s items and shipment allocations are excluded even when they belong to a visible Project. Ask the business about information you cannot access.
