Invite your client teammates

Open Team in Settings to invite a colleague using their email. The email invitation lets them sign in or create their login, then explicitly join your client company.

Shared customer access

Every teammate sees orders and Projects associated with the confirmed customer emails of your company’s active members. An accepted team invitation confirms its recipient address. Your invitation states this sharing consequence before you send it.

This joins your own client company. It never makes the colleague a member of any seller’s team. Use only colleagues who should see your company’s customer information.

Resend or remove access

An invitation expires after seven days. Resending replaces its previous link; wait one minute between sends. Revoking prevents acceptance. Removing a member ends their company access and removes any customer matches that depended solely on that member’s confirmed email.

At least one member must remain. Invite a replacement before the last member leaves. Team changes stay in the company history.
