Receive Project packages
A Warehouse invitation gives one email access to receiving for a specific Project. It does not add the recipient to the business or reveal prices and private notes. Open the invitation and confirm sign-in with that same email.
Find a package
Enter its exact tracking reference. Check the package label and contents before receiving. A reported carrier delivery is separate from the warehouse count. If the reference is unknown, report it with a note for staff review. Staff must explicitly match it; a match alone never receives quantities.
Confirm a count
- Select the package contents you actually checked.
- Enter the cumulative Received total, including any damaged units, and its exact Unit. Enter the damaged subset in Damaged total.
- Set Received on and add a useful Receiving note.
- Select Review count, check the totals, then Confirm received. Repeating a saved request does not add a count.
If two of three units have arrived, enter 2. When the third arrives, change the cumulative count to 3. A correction supersedes the old count and keeps its history. Use a correction reason when reducing the count or changing its unit. Counts never change stock, including damage found later. Business staff use Receive on the purchase order to post stock separately. Opening physical counts belong in that stock receipt form. Warehouse counts and final-site counts remain separate observations.
Add a receiving photo
Choose a still PNG, JPEG or WebP photo up to 100 MiB and add a short description. The image is scanned and compressed through the ordinary image pipeline before it is available. Submission is not publication. A receiving photo can appear in the item’s client view, so keep private paperwork out of it. Failed processing needs staff review. Losing or revoking Warehouse access also stops queued delegated photo work.
Ask the business for a fresh invitation if the email, Project association, access period or public policy changes. Revocation ends both reads and receiving.
