Filter records and review coverage
Use Filter on a record list to find work by Project, tag, status or another available category. Each list offers the categories it supports.
Choose filters
- Select Filter, or press F while outside an editor.
- Search across all categories, or choose a category to narrow the choices.
- Select one or several values. All visible toggles the displayed choices.
- Press Escape to return to the list.
Use Any or All within Tags. Tag choices include labels organized under them. Values in other categories are alternatives. Categories combine: Project Harbor Point and Status Open finds open orders in that Project. No project and Untagged help find work that has not been grouped.
The number beside each value keeps your other filters and search. It shows how many records that value would match before applying the other choices in its own category. An order can match through its lines; an item can match through its variants. Matching several times still counts the record once.
Select a filter chip to edit it. Use its remove button to remove that category, or Clear filters to start again. Reload and browser Back preserve your choices. A removed selection stays visible and restrictive until you remove it. Filters never create tags or change records.
Choose table columns
Select the column configuration button at the top right of a table. Search for a column, then check it to show it or uncheck it to hide it. Show all shows every available column. Reset columns restores the table’s defaults. The name or reference that identifies each row and required actions stay visible. On record lists, drag a column or use its move buttons to change its position. With a column focused, Alt-Up and Alt-Down move it one place. Clear the column search before reordering. Selection, row identity and actions keep their positions. Reports and nested evidence tables keep their existing order. Press Escape to close the picker and return to its button.
Available columns depend on the table. Record lists can include Created, Updated, business fields, Tags and Project. Reports offer their dimensions and measures. Columns only appear when the table supports that data and you have access to it. A dash in a classification column means that record has no value for that property.
Project and tag columns follow the same rules as filters: orders include their lines, inventory includes linked catalog classifications, and upload history includes tags from the file’s current import runs.
Your choices are saved in this browser separately for each account, business and table. They do not change records, filters or anyone else’s view. On a narrow screen, scroll inside the table to see all the columns you chose.
Review coverage
Open Configure, then Tags, and turn on the count columns you want in the table’s column configuration menu. They are optional and saved for your browser. The menu beside New tag offers Show untagged to include unassigned records. For Project assignment counts, open Project coverage under Projects, which includes No project. Select a count to open its matching list. Counts retain record permissions and count each matching record once, including eligible child records and descendant tags.
The Projects list shows status, delivery progress, installation dates and optional financial columns. Revenue and cost use your business reporting currency at saved transaction-date rates and require sales and purchasing read access. Original commercial amounts retain their currency. Delivery counts describe physical progress; they do not prove payment.
Change a property in a table
Select an editable status, role, country, customer or vendor cell to open the same choices as the record sidebar. Tags and Project columns also support assignment directly. Choosing a value saves it and briefly shows Saved. Use Escape before choosing to leave the value unchanged.
A failed save keeps your choice and offers a retry. If another person changed the record, review the latest values before saving again. Order transitions, shipment actions and paired money fields keep their existing review controls.
